Detecting moisture intrusion at exterior walls from exterior water sources as well as interior water leaks in walls and ceilings resulting from plumbing or roof leaks.
Identify radiant floor heat tubes – We can detect and indicate where the
existing radiant floor heat tubes are and also if they are leaking. If a remodel is planned, this is an extremely important service to prevent damaging the tubes and heat system when setting walls.
Electrical issues – An Infrared Thermal Scan of your electrical panel will show any existing hot spots in the panel from overloaded circuits, loose wires, or damaged breakers.
Infrared Thermal Imaging can provide accurate and detailed information not visible to
the human eye by measuring the temperature signatures and variances of an object in relation to its surroundings. A report can be prepared containing pictures along with text describing any conditions revealed by the thermal imaging, and delivered at the same time as the Property Inspection Report.
