Infrared technology is a non contact, non destructive science of interpreting various temperature differences between an object and its surroundings. Our Infrared Camera is a FLIR P65 High Sensitivity Infrared Thermal Camera. We have over 80 hours of training to achieve a Level 2 Certified Thermographer designation and 4 years of onsite experience to insure that you recieve the finest Infared Thermal Imaging Inspection possible. This technology can be applied to many areas of our lives:

Energy analysis is conducted by means of the combination infrared thermal imaging technology and training in the Energy Star Program. Bridger View Inspections uses the latest technology and software available to identify and document the exact location of existing insulation voids walls and ceilings, and areas of air infiltration and exfiltration, resulting in head loss and higher heating costs. Allow us to show you ways to reduce your energy costs.

Moisture Intrusion at exterior walls and ceilings, under shower pans, unkown plumbing leakage behind showers, inside walls and under floors.

Radiant Boiler Heat – We can evaluate the in floor radiant heat tubes under the concrete or wood floor to insure that the installation is complete and that all zones are fully functional.

Electrical Panel Evaluation, we can evaluate the breakers and wiring in your electrical panel while under load to determine overheating breakers and wiring.

The above is just a example of how Infrared Thermal Imaging can assist you in your home. Infrared Thermal Imaging can provide accurate and detailed information not visible to the human eye by measuring the temperature signatures and variances of an object in relation to its surroundings. A report can be prepared containing pictures along with text describing any conditions revealed by the thermal imaging, and delivered at the same time as the Property Inspection Report.
