Who is
qualified to perform a home inspection?
Bill Schwahn, of Belgrade, Montana, is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), a Certified Master Inspector and Certified Instructor of the American Institute of Inspectors (AII). Both organizations require a comprehensive training and testing program PRIOR to membership and certification. The Standards of Practice and Code of ethics are mandatory in every Home Inspection.
